Kid-Drawn Icon Pack
A downloadable asset pack
These icons were drawn by my 7-year-old son!
While I was developing my own game, my son was inspired by the assets I was using from other creators here on itchio, and he decided to make his own icons! There are over 200 RPG-themed icons in this pack. They were hand-drawn with black marker and colored pencils. I've scanned and cut them all out at 640x640 pixels each (to preserve as much of the original style as possible without down-sampling). In here you'll find a wide array of assorted icons: swords, shields, bows, magic wands, potions, food, crafting materials, gemstones, jewelry, and more!
He wanted me to share these with other indie devs at no cost, but if you feel like making a donation of any size, he would be absolutely blown away. Anything you give will go right into his piggy bank, and encourage him to make more art in the future. You can use this art in any project, free or commercial. No credit is necessary (in the interest of safety, he's too young to have his real name out there). Just don't say you made the art yourself ;-)
Thanks for checking out my son's art, and please let us know if you use any of these icons in your game!

This is legitimately really cool! I can absolutely imagine a game being made with these icons, maybe something akin to The Plucky Squire or Scribblenauts.
Thank you for the compliment!
Looks Amazing :)
Thank you very much!
So cool! You're son has aspirations for his future game! :) I can tell he really likes rainbows (I love the rainbow mug icon!!) :) Donated, tell him that I really like his icons and he should keep drawing!
Thanks a lot! He was really excited to read your comment, haha:
Hahah, that's so cool! Best regards for you and your son ^^
